Please contact our technical support if you have any problems or questions about our products. Many problems can be solved over the phone or email without having to send the unit out for repair.
The technician will determine if the problem can not be fixed and issue a RMA number. After giving RMA# will direct consumer how and where to return the goods for repair. If you are covered by warranty this is free for you.
If you are out of warranty, you can still choose to send it in for repair but we will charge all repair related costs including shipping.
When returning product, please write on the shipping box and include following information with your package:
Please double box your packages and use sufficient packing supplies.
MadBoy is not responsible for units damaged or lost through shipping.
Include a copy of your receipt if possible.
Your warranty card is not considered a receipt.
